Neighbourhood plan

Peakirk has a neighbourhood plan, which was approved in 2017, thanks to the nieghbourhood plan group that worked extremely hard to bring this to fruition.

Approval

Villagers turned out in force on Thursday, 6th July, to vote on whether the Peakirk Neighbourhood Plan should be adopted.

The turnout was 47.7% with 152 people voting YES and 14 people voting NO.

The plan went to full Council for formal adoption on Wednesday 19th July 2017.
