Notice of Public Rights

Peakirk Parish Council has prepared and published an Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for the year ended 31st March 2020.  The council has certified itself as exempt from the appointed auditor’s review as both it’s income and expenditure were below £25,000.   Any interested person has the right to inspect and make copies of the AGAR and associated accounting records.  A copy of the Notice of Public Rights is attached.  The period for exercise of public rights commences on Monday 22 June 2020 and ends on Friday 31 July 2020.  Anyone wishing to inspect the records and other documents should contact the Clerk (Angela Hankins by e-mail clerk@pearkik-pc.gov.uk or telephone 01733 253397).
