Neighbourhood plan

Peakirk has a neighbourhood plan, which was approved in 2017, thanks to the nieghbourhood plan group that worked extremely hard to bring this to fruition.

Villagers turned out in force on Thursday, 6th July, to vote on whether the Peakirk Neighbourhood Plan should be adopted.

The turnout was 47.7% with 152 people voting YES and 14 people voting NO.

The plan went to full Council for formal adoption on Wednesday 19th July 2017.

Below are the documents that sit behind this achievement.

The project was kindly funded by the Community Development Foundation.

The submission, the plan, its review and the evidence are attached below.
